Where are my recordings stored?

Your recordings are stored locally inside your browser's IndexedDB database. Your data is 100% private, secure, and never uploaded to any server unless you choose to export or publish it.

Does it support audio recording?

Yes! Clipive can capture system audio output (for coding sound effects) as well as microphone voice streams simultaneously, with full volume controls.

How does AI Auto-Zoom work?

During recording, Clipive collects cursor coordinates and click occurrences. The editor automatically pans the virtual lens focus and applies a smooth scale-in zoom to emphasize these locations during video playback.
